  • The full text, attachments, and metadata of the emails, reports, newsletters, and other documents you forward to our Service.
• C. Usage Data:
  • Standard server log files, including your IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide the Service: To receive your User Content, process it using our AI models, generate summaries, and deliver those summaries to your email address.
• To Manage Your Account: To handle billing for Premium plans, send service announcements, and provide customer support.
• To Improve Our Service (Based on Plan):
  • For Free / Non-Premium Users: We use your User Content to train and improve our AI models.
  • For Premium Users (and Premium Trials): Your User Content is never used for AI model training. It is processed exclusively to provide the Service to you.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• A. Third-Party AI Providers (Sub-processors):
  • To generate summaries, we must send your User Content to our third-party AI partners (such as OpenAI and Google).
  • For Premium Users: We send your content to these providers under contractual terms that prohibit them from using your content for their own model training or other purposes.
  • For Free / Non-Premium Users: Your content may be used by these providers to improve their services, in accordance with our terms with them.
• B. Other Service Providers: We may use other vendors for services like cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and payment processing. These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
• C. Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.
